Alert: Patient Notice

The practice will be closed on the afternoon of Thursday 11th December 2025 for essential staff training. We will be closing at 1:30pm on Wednesday until 8am Thursday morning.

For non-urgent matters such as routine appointments, or prescription queries, please contact us on Friday 12th December or complete an online form "Contact Us Online".

If your query is urgent, please call 0161 983 0641 for on the day assistance provided by Salford Primary Care. In the case of a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately.
